From birth to pre-Kindergarten, children are in a critical period for learning how to read, write, listen & speak. Let's take advantage of these amazing years to spark their curiosity and utilize their natural gift for learning language. Mommy & Me literacy groups meet weekly from September 1st to December 18th.

Maternity & Babies Group (0-1 yrs)
Do you really need to read to a baby?!?
Yes! Yes, you do! Babies are learning to be literate from the moment they are born.
In this group, you will learn how to:

Position your baby for reading

Tone your voice for baby's attention

Utilize environmental print, songs & poems

Toddlers Group (1-3 yrs)
Toddlers only have two speeds: go!!! and asleep. Use their natural curiosity and intense energy levels to your advantage!
In this group, you will learn how to:

Preschool Group (3-5 yrs)
Preschoolers are in the beginning stages of independence with literacy. Shape this experience in a positive way, and you will have a bookworm for life!
In this group, you will learn how to:
